What happens when you delete your account

Backups and provider retention

Some residual data may remain temporarily in encrypted provider backups until the provider's normal retention/rotation cycle removes it. For this page, ||NAM applies a maximum provider-controlled database-backup retention period of 7 days as its launch retention baseline. Depending on the Supabase plan actually active at a given time, the provider may retain backups for a shorter period or may not provide the same managed-backup feature. These backup copies are not used to recreate your deleted account for ordinary product use.

For full details of what ||NAM deletes, de-identifies or retains, see our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your ||NAM account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active ||NAM subscription, please cancel it separately through your device's subscription settings before or after deleting your account.
